Ms. Anietie Akpan

Thank you for visiting The Law Office of Anietie Akpan, PLLC! I am a solo practitioner focusing exclusively on guardianship law and special needs planning who has chosen to keep my practice small so that I can afford the attention my clients deserve.

I wanted to create a positive space for families to ask questions about the needs of their special needs and elderly loved ones, including but not limited to financial, legal and educational decisions.

My mission is to provide customized compassionate counsel and timely legal services.  You are not a file number, but an individual that will be treated with care.

If you are unable to come to the office for a consultation due to you caring for a homebound loved one, please contact our firm to arrange a consultation with Ms. Akpan at a location that is convenient for you.
